Charges at Red Hills Surgical Center are based on a facility fee for each surgical procedure performed. Prior to your surgery, our insurance Eligibility Specialist will contact you regarding your estimated financial responsibility. On behalf of your insurance carrier and per your policy terms, for all surgeries except Cosmetic, we are able to collect any co-pay or co-insurance fees on the day of surgery. Charges for cosmetic procedures are collected in full prior to the date of the surgery. For your convenience, fees may also be paid via telephone or mail; and we accept cash, personal checks, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Following surgery, we will file your insurance claim for you. You may also have incurred other service while at our facility such as anesthesia, lab, radiologist and pathology. These services along with the Surgeon’s offices will also be filing claims on your behalf which you may receive a bill for. Because of this our stated estimated responsibility could vary from your actual responsibility based on the timing of these various claim submissions. Any remaining balances that are your responsibility will be billed separately and directly by the respective offices.
